Bride of your life… Stags and Hens race back to the track

Bride of your life… Stags and Hens race back to the track - News

  • Ease of wedding restrictions sees Stag and Hens racing back to the track for Supercar Driving Experiences
  • Bookings for Stag and Hen driving experiences have increased by 75%
  • The most popular experience was the Double Supercar Blast for Two, accounting for 1 in 3 sales for Stag and Hen days

At Driving Experience, we've seen a huge boost in bookings for our Stag and Hen driving experiences, as brides and grooms-to-be scream 'I do' to spending their last moments of unmarried life behind the wheel of a supercar.

Indeed, analysis of our latest booking data has highlighted that since 'the great reopening' at the end of July, bookings for Stag and Hen driving packages have surged by a staggering 75% compared to the equivalent period last year.

Alex MacGregor at DrivingExperience.com, says: "Such a sharp increase in bookings show us that lovers have vowed to leave lockdown behind as they zoom into marriage with a high octane, adrenaline fuelled driving experience."

In fact, speeding past the chequered flag to take the most popular booking among stags and hens is actually the Double Supercar Blast for Two, accounting for one third of sales. The package offers lovers the chance to get behind the wheel of speedy and stylish vehicles such as a Ferrari or a Lamborghini.

Alex adds: "The popularity of our Double Supercar Blast for Two suggests that, perhaps surprisingly, couples are actually opting to spend their final moments not apart but together."

However, Alex also concluded with a word of caution for grooms-to-be: "With some of the supercars reaching speeds of up to 200 mph, grooms should be aware that these vehicles make for great getaway cars for a runaway bride with cold feet!"
