The global love of the Mercedes prestige brand is recognisable everywhere - the name is simply synonymous with class and luxury. Many of us have had aspirations to own a Mercedes at some point in our lives - the range appeals to so many from the sporty hatches; luxury sedans and SUVs; or the obscene performance of the AMG SLS.

A favourite of the team and Driving Experience is the infamous lime green SLS Electric that was featured on Top Gear - unfortunately, getting anywhere near that vehicle is exceedingly rare. But booking with us allows you to get close to the biggest Mercedes models around - all without forking out the price tag they attract!

For example, the Mercedes AMG GT, powered on a 4 litre M178 twin turbocharged V8 engine, and capable of hitting top speeds of around 193 mph, could be yours to drive for 3 miles - under the guidance and encouragement of an expert driving instructor - for just £59.

The short answer: yes! In fact, we have one experience available which will see you place the last word in German automotive engineering against the high class and timelessness of British automotive engineering, as you drive both a Mercedes AMG GTR and a Gen 2 version of an Aston Martin Vantage on the same experience for 3 miles each. Perfect if you want to settle any debates with your mates over which one's the better drive.

There is also a special F1 Safety Car variant of the AMG GTR that's available to book to drive, along with other fantastic supercars from marques including Nissan, Porsche, Audi and Ferrari amongst others, on our Driving Legends and Diamond Supercar experiences, in both Blast (3 miles per car) and Thrill (6 miles per car) packages, also starting from £59.

We work with only the very best suppliers of Mercedes driving experiences, who host them at some of the UK's best known motorsports circuits, including Brands Hatch in Kent, Castle Combe in Wiltshire, Donington Park in Derbyshire and Snetterton Circuit in Norfolk.

Understandably, there is usually an additional premium to drive a Mercedes at these dedicated motorsports venues, but for those keen on driving surrounded by the atmosphere and excitement of being at a bonafide race track, it's worth it.

But we also host them at venues which, whilst not first and foremost dedicated driving venues, offer a more relaxed atmosphere and wide runoffs with ample space to really get the feel of taking the wheel and feeling the power on say, an AMG GT, such as Wattisham Airfield in Suffolk, Bicester Heritage Centre in Oxfordshire and Curborough Sprint Course in Staffordshire.
