Rye House Raceway Drifting

Rye House Raceway, based near Hoddesdon and in good proximity to Ware, Hatfield and Hertford in Hertfordshire, and also sitting close to the border with Essex, is one of our newest venues to offer our drifting driving experience packages.

Primarily known as one of the UK's leading karting centres (where, amongst others, no less a figure than Lewis Hamilton started his pre-F1 career), it is now also established as a fantastic venue for those who love driving sideways!

Key amongst the drift day packages that are on offer at Rye House is our Learn to Drift Half Day experiences. Starting from £79, this half day experience covers the basics every drifter needs to know out on the drifting stage, under the guidance and tutelage of an expert instructor.

After time spent learning and mastering figure 8s, donuts and short circuits, you'll have a four lap drifting session to help you test out your newfound skills, which is then followed by either 3 or 6 high speed drifting passenger laps with the instructor at the wheel, thrown in absolutely free!

For those who are already pretty advanced with their drifting skills, there's also the more intensive 3 Hour 1-to-1 Learn to Drift Experience, which will really stretch your proficiency out, and you'll have the instructor's undivided attention for the duration of your session, so will have ample time to pick their brains as to how to get the most out of driving a drift spec car.

And there's more, because we also offer Drifting Passenger Ride packages - ideal for those aged 12 and up - starting from £15, which offers either 3, 6, 9 or 12 drifting passenger laps with the instructor at the wheel!
