Rally driving is by far in a league of its own when it comes to competitive race driving. And for those budding Colin McRaes or Sébastien Loebs based in Scotland, this is your opportunity to take the wheel on the custom prepared, 1 mile long hillside tarmac and gravel rally stage at Knockhill Racing Circuit, Scotland's national motorsport centre, based north of Dunfermline. You'll be driving a rally spec Ford Fiesta ST, navigating the many unpredictable twists and turns the track has to offer! Your day will begin on arrival with a welcome and full safety briefing. Over the course of four different sessions on this weekday package, you'll get to grips with and learn the fundamentals of rally driving, starting with four laps under the guidance and tutelage of an expert rally instructor. Once you've had time to sit back and see how everyone else gets on with their introductory laps, you'll progress to the more advanced skills training, with another four laps on the rally stage, by which point you'll have built in confidence to slide the car into corners or hold your line as you power effortlessly out the curve. The best part of the day is an assessed run, with your instructor acting as co-pilot as they read out your pace notes, from which you'll discover if you've become Knockhill's new rally champion for the day! A high speed rally passenger ride will bring the day to a satisfying conclusion, and following the debrief and presentation of awards and certificates, you'll head to the clubhouse to reflect on what is set to be an unforgettable experience for rally enthusiasts everywhere!
