Situated on the border between Essex and Cambridgeshire near Saffron Walden, and with fantastic links to the M11 motorway and Stansted Airport, Carver Barracks is one of the most easily accessible venues in the East of England on our books at Driving Experience, and we have a number of great experience days and packages available to book here.
Carver Barracks is so named after Field Marshal Lord Carver, after it was handed back by the British Army in 1975, when it used to be known as RAF Debden. The military base still operates today, but has also subsequently gained a new lease of life as a circuit track.
