Launched in 2011, a year on from their Superleggera format of their popular Gallardo supercar, Lamborghini’s LP570 Performante Spyder is the convertible variant on the Superleggera, offering the same motoring muscle as the standard Gallardo, but with a fraction of the weight, at 3,274 lbs.
It makes this convertible Lamborghini, built on a frame and monocoque that extensively utilises carbon fibre throughout, even more aerodynamic a drive than it otherwise would be once the roof is down.
Kitted out with a 5.2 litre V10 engine, roaring out an incredible 570 bhp, once out on the road or track in the LP570 Performante you can expect to blister from 0 - 60 mph in 3.9 seconds, with top speeds achievable of around 201 mph.
