The Renault Twizy is a two-door, two-seater, all electric-powered microcar, first produced in 2012 and finishing production in 2023. Sometimes referred to as a quadricycle in certain European territories, it developed from its concept car origins to become a popular choice of vehicle in cities and built-up urban areas, and is powered on a 6.1 kWh lithium-ion battery. Although its top speed is only 50mph, it can accelerate from 0-60mph in 7.3 seconds.
The Twizy is also one of three vehicles that can be booked on for our Ghost Lap Challenge experience vouchers that we now offer at our Bovingdon Airfield venue in Hertfordshire. Book on for this incredible package today, and you'll get the opportunity to drive the Twizy for 2 recorded laps, with the target of beating the lap times of a professional instructor!
