Under 17s Driving Lessons in Guildford

Guildford is a town in west Surrey, in the South England. Guildford is proud of its history and heritage, which dates back to Saxon times when it was known as Golden (guilden) Ford. The ruins of Guildford's Norman castle form a beautiful backdrop to the award-winning castle grounds and the intact Mediaeval Great Tower offers panoramic views of the whole town. We offer both 30-minute and 60-minute driving lessons at a variety of locations in and around the Guildford area. These locations include Rushmoor Arena in Aldershot, which is a short 27-minute drive away; Kempton Park Racecourse in Surrey, approximately a 38-minute drive; and Mereoak Park and Ride in Reading, which is around a 48-minute drive from the town.

In these sessions, kids and teens will acquire essential driving skills in either a manual or automatic Vauxhall Corsa 1.4 SRi. They will learn steering, braking, clutch control, and more, all within a specially designed course.

Our Driving Lessons for Under 17s and Young Driver sessions are excellent starting points for kids and teens aged 10 to 17. These programs help young learners gain valuable experience behind the wheel before they begin their driving lessons with a provisional license at age 17.

We offer a variety of popular driving lessons, including lessons in a Citroën C1 at convenient locations such as Dunsfold Aerodrome in Cranleigh. During these lessons, children can learn the fundamentals of driving in a dual-controlled manual Citroën C1. We provide both hour-long and half-hour sessions for kids aged 10 to 16. These sessions give young learners valuable behind-the-wheel experience through simulated road scenarios. Training takes place in a private, traffic-free area, ensuring that youngsters feel confident and safe while they learn to drive.

Alternatively, we offer Junior Driving Packages in a Mini Cooper S for young drivers aged 10 and above. These lessons are conducted at a slow pace to help junior drivers develop fundamental car control skills that are essential as they begin to build their driving experience for their test. Once they become comfortable with basic driving manoeuvres, some packages provide the exciting opportunity to drive a supercar for 3 miles! These lessons are available nearby at Aldershot Raceway in Aldershot, Dunsfold Aerodrome in Cranleigh, and North Weald Airfield in Epping.
