BMW M2 Driving Experiences

Developed by BMW M GmbH, the high performance division of BMW, the M2 is the motorsport version of BMW’s 2 Series supercar, first showcased at the North American International Auto Show in 2016, commencing production that same year. It’s also the finest example of BMW’s simple but efficient engineering and automotive prowess.

Powered on a 3.0-litre M TwinPpower Turbo six-cylinder engine, the M2 pumps out 370 bhp on a rear-wheel drive system, and can be equipped with either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch transmission with a ‘Smokey Burnout’ mode which, as you can imagine, makes it an ideal car for our Drifting Experiences.

It clocks up some astounding speed stats to boot as well, revving from 0 - 60 mph in 4.5 seconds, with top speeds of 155 mph possible to achieve under the hands of the right driver.

How can I make a reservation for a BMW M2 driving experience?

If you're purchasing an open gift certificate for a BMW M2 package, double-check the validity term since certain BMW M2 vouchers and special offers may have a shorter or longer time of validity. On the voucher, the validity time for activating and using your coupon will be clearly indicated.

If you are scheduling a BMW M2 Experience straight onto a date, please keep in mind that you are making a booking request, and the day and time you choose are still subject to availability.

We typically confirm reservations within 48 hours, but it's critical that you wait until you get a final confirmation email before making any arrangements related to your request. When you make a booking request, you will get an instant receipt. This is not the confirmation.

Another essential factor to consider when buying BMW M2 Experiences is that the driver fulfils all age, weight, height, and driving licence criteria. Each event will have its own set of criteria, so be sure you've gone over all of the important details.

If an experience is exclusively for younger drivers, we will generally indicate it in the package name, although this is not always the case. If you book a BMW Experience and the driver does not fulfil the criteria on the day, they will most likely not be able to drive and will have to settle for a passenger experience instead.

Two further M2 models have been developed by BMW since its launch. The M2 Competition was unveiled at the Beijing Auto Show in 2018, entering production in the summer of that year. This is powered on an S55 high performance engine, and can be kitted out with an M Driver which boosts its speed to an eye watering 174 mph.

More recently, BMW have unveiled the M2 CS, which was first showcased at the LA Auto Show in 2019, and will start production in the spring of 2020. It promises some seriously swift acceleration times, namely 0 - 60 mph in less than 4 seconds, and will also have optional ceramic brakes and adaptive M suspension.
