Information About the Ferrari 360
Ferrari’s first supercar for a new millennium, the 360 succeeded the long running 355 in 1999. It saw them collaborate with Alcoa to produce an all new aluminium space-frame chassis that was more tougher and durable than the composite steel frame of its predecessor.
In fact, despite being larger than the 355, the 360 is actually over 25% lighter, with a more softer, beveled frame, making it a much more aerodynamic drive with a broader grip and handling over a 102.4 inch wheelbase.
Powering on this turbo charged model comes from a 3600cc V8 engine, pumping out 400 bhp. It moves exceptionally speedily too, from 0 - 60 mph in 4.3 second and 0 - 100 mph in 9.5 seconds, and is capable of top speeds of 188 mph.
