The county has of course always had a long standing history of well known automotive firms producing timeless Classic Cars, including Morris Motors and of course Mini, who are still in production today. Bicester Heritage Centre offers a wide range of British and American Classic Cars to get behind the wheel on, from the iconic Mini Cooper and Jaguar E-Type, right through to the Ford Gran Torino and Chevrolet Camaro SS. Plus, this venue's lovingly restored and maintained original buildings are also the home of the Heritage Skills Academy, that helps pass on heritage car making skills to the next generation.

Meanwhile, to the west of the city - and soon to be featured in a new big budget Apple TV+ series starring Tom Hanks - is Abingdon Airfield.
