From the third generation of their popular Focus range of models, and first showcased at both the Paris Motor Show in 2010 and the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2011, the Ford Focus ST2 first rolled off the production line in the summer of 2012, and proudly continues Ford’s long running history with great hot hatch performance cars.
With a bold and brash new exterior design, the front bumper has a wider air intake and grille, a wider rear wing and alloy wheels. Inside there’s sport seats with inserts that are the same colour as the model you’re driving to really make you feel like you’re getting into gear in a turbo boosted car designed to clock up speed.
Speaking of speed, the Focus ST2 more than delivers on this front. A 2.5 litre Turbo engine thrums out with 221 bhp, and acceleration from 0 - 60 mph in 6.6 seconds. It’s capable of achieving top speeds of 152 mph, leaving you in no doubt that you’re driving Ford’s hot hatchback for the modern era.
